Custom Fields for tickets

In version 1.6 you can add custom fields in tickets.

Custom Fields Setup Steps:

  1. Login with admin
  2. Go to Settings > Settings > Custom Field
  3. Label: Enter the label of the custom field. 
  4. Products: Products for which custom fields will be displayed.
  5. Department: Departments for which the custom field will be displayed.
  6. Is Required?: Check this if the field is required.
  7. Field type: Select field type.
  8. Filled By: Custom fields can be filled by
    1. Customer: When opening tickets
    2. Support Agent: When replying to the ticket.

 

In view, ticket custom field will be displayed on right side information card.
