Adding products & services

Go to Settings > Products/Services menu > Add product


Product & service

  1. Name Product name

  2. Description: Detailed product description.

  3. Purchase/License sources: Choose sources from where customer can get licenses or buy the product to use. After choosing sources, choose unique product id which is avail to buy from choosen source.
    The source & unique product id would be used to validate customer license before he can add ticket for support.

  4. Support agents: Choose support agents for the product, who would be responsible for providing all kinds of
       support/solutions to the customer for their queries.

  5. Active: If marked checked product would be available to choose when creating a support ticket otherwise not.
