Ticket Reminder to agents:

This will auto-send email reminder to agents if the ticket is not closed within the specified days.

Ticket Reminder Setup:

Login with admin
Go to Settings > Settings > Ticket Reminder
Remind about ticket in days: Number of days after which ticket reminder will be sent if the ticket is not closed. Set it to 0 to disable sending of reminder.
Email Template: Enter the details that will be sent in the email.
