Telegram Setup

To setup Telegram:

1. Settings → Settings → Miscellaneous tab
2. Scroll down to see Telegram Bot section

Step 1: Telegram bot Token

Steps to generate token-

1. Open the Telegram app and search for "BotFather" or visit HTTP://t.me/BotFather
2. Start a chat with BotFather by clicking on the "Start" button
3. Send the "/newbot" command to BotFather to create a new bot.
4. BotFather will guide you through the process. You will be asked to provide a name and a username for your bot
5. Once you have provided a name and username, BotFather will generate an API token for your bot, Copy the API token and use it.
6. To send notifications to agents/admin configure chatId in edit user screen

Step 2: ChatId in edit user screen:

Steps to get user-id-

1. Open the Telegram app and search for "GetMyChatID_Bot" or visit t.me/GetMyChatID_Bot.
2. Start a chat with GetMyChatID_Bot by clicking on the "Start" button
3. Send the "/start" command to GetMyChatID_Bot
4. Copy the User id & use it
5. Send a message to Bot which you have created from this user and start receiving notification

Step 3: Enabling Notification

1. Go to Settings → Settings → Notification
2. Enable the telegram notification wherever you need.
