Custom Fields for tickets
In version 1.6 you can add custom fields in tickets.
Custom Fields Setup Steps:
- Login with admin
- Go to Settings > Settings > Custom Field
- Label: Enter the label of the custom field.
- Products: Products for which custom fields will be displayed.
- Department: Departments for which the custom field will be displayed.
- Is Required?: Check this if the field is required.
- Field type: Select field type.
- Filled By: Custom fields can be filled by
- Customer: When opening tickets
- Support Agent: When replying to the ticket.
In view, ticket custom field will be displayed on right side information card.
