Email Notification management
Go to Settings menu-
There are two type of notification settings:
- Customer notification
- Support agent notification
Customer notification : Whenever a customer adds a ticket or a support agent made a comment on applied ticket a notification will be sent to customer based on what prefrences are made either email/app or both.
Support agent notification : When new ticket will be assigned to agent or a cusomer made a comment on assigned ticket a notification will be sent to support agent based on what prefrences are made either email/app or both.
